Kornettes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 egg white
  • 1/3 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 cup finely chopped popcorn
  • 2 tsp melted butter
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Beat egg white stiff. Beat in sugar.
  • Add salt and vanilla to melted butter.
  • Mix popcorn with butter mixture.
  • Fold popcorn mixture into egg white mixture.
  • Drop by spoonfuls onto a greased baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15 minutes at 350.
